Virus Removal Service

• Removal of malicious and harmful software.
• In depth scan of system files and registry to remove Adware, Spyware, Malware and various other malicious virus including Trojans.
• Performance updates installed and Windows updates brought up to date.

Major Tune-up

• Preformed if system does not have viral infection.
• Basic scan to eliminate Malware.
• Performance updates and Windows updates.

Format of Operating System

When your operating system is damaged beyond repair by a virus or software problem, a reformat will restore it back to original factory default settings.

• Installation of original operating system that came with your computer
• New computer setup that includes installation of basic user software and Windows updates
• Data recovery is available before we do any reinstallation

Data Backup and Recovery

As long as your hard drive hasn’t failed completely we can always get data off of it. Even if your computer will not turn on there is a chance we may be able to recover your user data. However we are unable to back-up full programs.

In example we can retrieve your Simply Accounting company file and when the program is loaded onto another computer you will be able to access your data in full.

Data backups can be put back onto your system after an operating system reinstallation or onto external media.

Hardware installation & Upgrades

We can install various types of hardware in both desktop and laptop computers. Upgrades such as Video cards, network cards and power supply replacements can be installed and tested in house.

We do not charge for RAM installations if the RAM is purchased from us.

**Exceptions

• If your laptop computer requires a full tear down we charge a $95 fee to install RAM.
• Laptop video card cannot be upgraded.

Software Installs

• All software installations are subject to a $10 service charge.
